The Italian Cultural Institute is present in Israel in Tel Aviv and Haifa.
The Institute is an entity of the Italian State and its mission is to promote the knowledge and dissemination of Italian culture within Israeli society, with particular attention to the study and spread of the Italian language.
The Institute is also responsible for implementing the programs outlined in the Italy-Israel bilateral agreements on cultural cooperation, scientific cooperation, and youth exchanges.
The Institute has been participating for many years in all of Israel’s most prestigious national events and festivals.
The Institute’s policy has always been to engage with the broader Israeli public, which is why our initiatives are jointly promoted with Israeli counterparts and take place in venues already familiar to the local audience. Italian culture is thus present in museums, concert halls, cultural centers, fairs, and Israel’s most popular festivals.
