The Italian Embassy in Israel, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Israel-Italy, are pleased to invite you to a bilateral gathering, entitled:
“Body & Mind: the Italian-Israeli Forum on Medicine and Health"
that will be held on the 2nd of June 2015, at The Yitzhak Rabin Center, Haim Levanon 8, Tel Aviv, 10:00
at the presence of Senior Members of the Italian and Israeli Governments
In the framework of the event, we wish to present the "Rita Levi Montalcini scholarship for Cooperation in Science and Technology"
launched by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Israeli Council of Higher Education. The scholarship will support long-term bilateral interchanges of senior scholars in all scientific fields
The keynote speakers are Prof. Ruth Arnon, of the Weitzman Institute of Science, and Prof. Marta Weinstock Rosin, of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, both laureates of the Israeli Prize for Medicine
The event, which date coincides with the celebrations of Italian Republic Day, will include a special ceremony in which the Ambassador of Italy in Israel, H.E. Francesco Maria Talo', will bestow Mr. Sami Sagol, founder of "Sagol Neuroscience Network” with the Honorary title of " Commander of the Order of the Star of Italy".
