Tuesday, October 6, 2026 marks the start of the autumn term of Italian language courses at the Italian Cultural Institute of Tel Aviv, in person and online.
In-person courses will take place at the library of the Italian Cultural Institute, Rehov HaMered 25 (6th floor), a short walk from the Tel Aviv seafront.
How to reach the Institute: by bus – Carmelit stop; metro: Elifelet Station.

Cost of in-person courses:
Beginner courses (levels A1.a, A1.b, A1.c)
Duration: 20 hours, for a total of 10 lessons
Cost: 1,000 NIS (book not included).
Students who have already attended an Institute course during 2026 will receive a 10% discount, bringing the cost to 900 NIS.
Book for the beginner course A1.a (part one – absolute beginners): Dieci Plus A1 (130 NIS).
The digital version of the book Dieci Plus A1 can be purchased on the Alma Edizioni website.
Conversation courses (level B1 and level B2)
Duration: 20 hours, for a total of 10 lessons
Cost: 1,000 NIS.
Students who have already attended an Institute course during 2026 will receive a 10% discount, bringing the cost to 900 NIS.

A course will open with a minimum of 8 participants for in-person courses, and 7 students for online courses.

Payments must be made by bank transfer to the account of the Italian Cultural Institute of Tel Aviv: Bank Leumi (10), branch 806, current account no. 35282533
Payment reference: FIRST AND LAST NAME – Italian course.
Registration will only be finalized once payment has been made by 24 September 2026.
In the event that a course does not open due to an insufficient number of registrations, the Institute will fully refund the amount paid.

Additional benefits for IIC students
IIC course students may benefit from various scholarships to attend language courses in Italy, and will have free access to borrowing from and consulting the Institute’s print library.
